Twenty years ago, gamers in Australia were exploring the Kanto region of Pokemon Redand Pokemon Blue for the very first time. And now they're returning.

Google's AI-powered Night Sight camera is live now for Pixel 3. Will need to do more testing but really impressive at first look. Here is "sleeping dog with the light off" in regular camera and Night Sight.

Me, about to go on leave for a week: "ah, plenty of family time and playing all those brand new 2018 video games I've neglected". Also me:

My toddler saw me playing Let's Go and immediately understood how to catch Pokemon. He also found out pretty quickly you just need to steal a Joy-Con and shake it to add yourself into the game. That's pretty good accessible design.

The latest core Pokemon games have something for everyone, borrowing heavily from both 1998's Game Boy Color game and the mobile hit Pokemon GO, and they're just as absorbing as ever, writes .

And to that end here is possibly my favourite Stan Lee on-screen appearance, well before the Marvel movie cameo meme, in which he rips mercilessly on Todd McFarlane and Rob Liefeld.

Stan Lee's biggest contribution to comic books, and pop culture, is superheroes that are also people. Their lives, occupations and relationships are as important to the characters as their powers. He was a true visionary and leaves an incredible legacy.

Three for three! One of the greatest semi-forgotten Zelda-likes of the early 2000s is officially coming to Switch. Nice work :).

A solid, but not overly exciting, list overall. Great to see MGS and Syphon Filter. Puzzle Fighter and Rainbow Six a bit WTF. Also unceremonious announcement essentially confirms they didn't have the list locked in when they revealed the system.

Full list of 20 games for PlayStation Classic confirmed. Compared to my "realistic" predictions, there are some games here I left of because I thought they wouldn't get. But also some weird choices. Couple games that have far superior sequels on PS1 too.

Hoping to fill the void left by toys-to-life franchises like Disney Infinity, Starlink: Battle for Atlas is a massive open world space adventure that lets you build your own ships by physically attaching components to your controller. Plus Star Fox!

Google's Pixel is once again the best Android phone you can get, and again packs the most reliable camera and latest AI smarts. But with incredible displays and silky new glass bodies, the Pixel 3 and 3 XL come closer than ever to Apple levels of polish.

Pretty happy with how this review turned out. Was a nice change of pace during the "AAA" release season. Thanks for the beautiful game.
