Besides the tenancies being an investment of ‘political equity’ by those entering into the ‘sweetheart deals’, what happened to Jignesh Shah? He had two companies – one with large number of assets and the other which had ostensibly duped thousands of investors.

For generations the family did not earn from any commercial ventures. They were in public service. All have led more than a comfortable life. They enjoyed vacations at multiple domestic & international locations. Surely, money comes from ‘sweetheart deals’ & shady income.

The duped investors requested the Central Government to amalgamate the two companies so that duped investors be paid. Till 2014, the UPA govt. did not take any action. It is only when the NDA govt. under Shri Narendra Modi was formed that the Dept. passed the amalgamation order.

Amongst the names of the tenants, the critical person is Jignesh Shah of FTIL and the real estate developer Sanjay Chandra of M/s. Unitech builder. Who else would enter into such a ‘sweetheart deals’ except the ‘fly-by-night’ operators who needed State patronage.

A media expose revealed that the family owned a farm house in South Delhi which is now owned by the brother & sister of current generation of the family. Periodically tenancies are created in favour of persons many of whom needed help when UPA was in power.

The scion aspires to be a Prime Minister. Such aspirants like Caesar’s wife must be beyond suspicion. They must be unsuspectable. With tainted hands, he must at least remember that ‘people in glass houses do not throw stones.’ The ‘Chowkidar’ has finally caught a ‘Chor.’

You needed a ‘Chowkidar’ to catch a ‘Chor. With regard to Unitech, the less said the better, besides the 2G favours shown, many flat buyers had been duped, their monies siphoned off and promoters, including one with whom Rahul Gandhi signed the arrangement, is still in prison.

How to lead a comfortable life without having any apparent & declared source of income? The leading answer is as Rahul Gandhi did through his ‘Sweetheart Deals’ with Fly-by-Night Operators.

Lt. General D.S. Hooda submitted his report to the Congress President on 31st March, 2019. Had any of the objected suggestions on National Security been suggested in the Hooda Report? It appears that committee was only for optics.

The Congress Manifesto undermines national security and has sham and bluff promises with little detailed understanding of the subjects involved. It is an irresponsible document which has never to be implemented since Congress looks a certain loser.

The Congress is the principal creator of the J&K problem. It created a special status; it unconstitutionally brought in Article 35A. A reference to “Kashmiri Pandits’ & their ethnic cleansing is conspicuously absent in the Manifesto. It shows, how untrustworthy Congress is.

Congress Manifesto promises Single Rate GST. This effectively means that luxury items, Aam Aadmi commodities, and food items, all should be taxed at the same rate. Rahul Gandhi got this wisdom from Singapore which has no poverty. So, the Manifesto does not care about the poor.

Nyay, in the Manifesto, has now become a joint scheme of Central & the State govts. thereby diluting the initial announcement that Nyay will be over & above existing schemes. It is visible through Manifesto that “Nyay” is an all time big Congress bluff.

2019 Congress Manifesto is a Charter to Weaken India. After reading Congress Manifesto my worst fears have come true. The repeal of S.124A of the IPC, diluting AFSPA & “bail is the rule jail is the exception” for terrorists & hardcore criminals will compromise national security.
