    When I went sailing on the Picton Castle I learned that the “klew” of a sail is the bottom corner. When the captain orders “klew up” you haul a line that raises the klew, and that sail is done for the day. Makes sense, wha’?

    Only just learned that people outside Newfoundland don’t use “clue up” to mean “finish something up” as in “let’s clue up this meeting”. I am shocked.

    My favourite show ever. The camera men were WAAAAAAY more fearless than me. Sitting backwards on motorcycles driven by locals who sometimes didn’t speak English. Crazy days.

    Hi which country was your worst experience filming also were your camera men driven by locals or was it one of your crew members. I love the show so much, I rewatch it on the PVR with my husband. Would LOVE to see this show come back

    Apparently, if enough people watch the first 8 episodes of Tall Ship Chronicles on Amazon Prime, they’ll release the second half of the season (episodes 9-16) sometime in April... So please watch! And tell your friends to give it a peek, too!

    Hey, I just noticed you're streaming Tall Ship Chronicles here in Canada which is awesome! My question is why is there only 8 episodes available as the entire show had 16 episodes. Hopefully you'll stream the rest!

    I think was 18 days of shooting over a 23 day period. 9 days on, five off, nine on.

    I’m just watching CWD s14, e3 and I got to wondering: How long did filming take? You had the candidates at the facility for what, a week? Two weeks? Thanks. I love watching this show and truly miss it. Discovery made a horrible mistake in cancelling it.

    Everytime is listen to Panama by Van Halen I appreciate it even more than the time before. What an exceptional rock and roll song.
