    Member of the Board

    Peter joined HB Reavis in 2016 as a Group Leasing Peter joined HB Reavis in 2016 as a Group Leasing Director and was responsible for the overall leasing strategy, overseeing teams in Bratislava, Prague, Warsaw, Budapest and London. He was appointed to the Board in October 2017 and continues his contribution to delivering HB Reavis’ successful workspace solution service and co-working scheme. Peter is an MBA graduate of the University of New York in Prague and City University Bratislava, and has previous experience from IT sector where he held leadership positions as the General Manager at Exe, and Country Manager at both Microsoft and the SAS Institute.

    Deputy CEO of HB Reavis Group

    Radim Rimanek is the Board Director of HB Reavis Group Radim Rimanek is the Board Director of HB Reavis Group and oversees the UK business. He is also responsible for the company’s activities in the Czech Republic, as well as launching development activities in Germany. Previous employers include McKinsey & Company and Dun & Bradstreet in New York and in Prague. Radim is a graduate of Harvard University.

    Petr Herman has been with HB Reavis Group since 2015, Petr Herman has been with HB Reavis Group since 2015, initially responsible for Business Development in the Czech Republic and was appointed CEO in 2016. He is responsible for continuation of HB Reavis´ successful project pipeline in the Czech Republic. Petr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic and postgraduate studies at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He has more than 20 years of managerial experience in development business.

    Germany CEO

    Marcel Sedlák is the CEO of HB Reavis Germany, responsible Marcel Sedlák is the CEO of HB Reavis Germany, responsible for establishing business opportunities in the country with the target of making HB Reavis a leader in workplace solutions. He joined HB Reavis in 2001 as Project Lawyer and later became Senior Lawyer providing full scope legal services to the company. In 2006 Marcel took over the role of Chief Investment Officer, leading HB Reavis’ successful expansion within CEE and the United Kingdom. In 2010, he joined the Board with responsibility for the company’s activities in Poland, Slovakia and new markets. Following his appointment as Germany CEO, Marcel moved out of his role on the Group Board of Directors. Marcel holds a master’s degree in law from the Comenius University in Bratislava and an Executive MBA from Vienna University / Carlson School of Management / University of Minnesota.

    Graduated at Brno University of Technology in Construction and Economics, Graduated at Brno University of Technology in Construction and Economics, he joined HB Reavis’ Czech team in 2010 and supervised the design and construction works for River Garden – the company’s first scheme in Prague. From 2012 to 2017 he supervised construction projects in Poland with an estimated total budget of approx. EUR 550 million, including some of the company’s most acclaimed office developments in Warsaw such as Gdański Business Center and Varso Place. Jan’s contribution was instrumental in establishing HB Reavis as one of the top office developers in Warsaw in just a few years. As Board Member of HB Reavis PL he headed the construction arm of HB Reavis in Poland, managing a team of over 50 professionals. He became the CEO of HB Reavis Hungary in September 2017. Under his leadership HB Reavis Hungary continues the development of Agora Budapest, which will offer human centred workplaces for more than 12,000 people.

    Rene joined HB Reavis in 2007 and the Polish team in Rene joined HB Reavis in 2007 and the Polish team in 2012 as Head of Development and was then appointed to the Board of HB Reavis Poland, playing an instrumental role in the company’s success in the country. Rene worked for real estate developer Saller Group and served as Property Manager of Galeria shopping centre in Kosice, Slovakia. Rene is a graduate of the University of Economy in Bratislava, Slovakia and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Economics.

Previously, he was CEO of Rodamco Europe and Ra-bobank International following a 19-years career at Citibank, holding a variety of senior positions internationally.
