    2-year-old Liam Mankins picked up a handgun in his family's home, pulled the trigger & shot himself in the head Nov. 4. He died hours later. His parents were home when it happened. They now face second-degree manslaughter (and meth possession) charges.

    UPDATE: McMinnville police Friday night arrested 39-year-old Amber Rocco. She faces two felony counts of first-degree intimidation, two felony accounts of unlawful use of a weapon, two misdemeanor counts of menacing, & two misdemeanor counts of harassment.

    Christmas Eve 5 pm Mass goes on as scheduled at Our Lady of Lavang Catholic Church in NE Portland - with hundreds attending at standing-room only service - despite damage from driver who plowed through parish doors early in the morning.
