Serious question, how come you didn't put this article out in June of 2018? Reporting that was essentially backed up in court filings?

What happened after I did all this work for Randi Kaye and CNN is that they failed to provide me with any credit for my work and made it appear as if they had an exclusive. I raised it with their standards department. You may want to check that .

I'll note that in July 2010 when I reported on BP, Randi Kaye from CNN contacted me about my exclusive reporting on BP's ops in the North Slope. I ended up working w/ Randi, shared docs I obtained and connected her w/my sources. Happy to share those emails with you

Lanny Davis issues what I read as a non denial denial on the Buzzfeed story: “Out of respect for Mr. Mueller’s and the Office of Special Counsel’s investigation, Mr. Cohen declined to respond to the questions asked by the reporters and so do I.”
