Quería escribirle a un tú ausente, tal vez inexistente; pensaba contribuir a las palabras de Shelley y darle vida a esta hermosa elegía, pero nunca le he escrito a un muerto y esta no será la excepción.
Cae sobre mí una falsa responsabilidad; muchos, consciente o inconscientemente, creen que nosotros, sus compañeros, poseemos el derecho o la autoridad de decir quien fue realmente nuestro hermano, y la verdad es que es una tarea imposible, tanto porque dicho derecho no existe, como por la complejidad que supone escribir en palabras sobre nuestro compañero; tal vez podríamos, como aquel alemán, destruir a martillazos la imagen que de él se ha construido. Days of Rage Patches is an anarchist project that focuses on making vegan, straight edge, green anarchist, anti-fascist, queer nihilist, post-left anarchy patches in exchange for funds to support prisoners.

Desde la kárcel de alta seguridad hago llegar estas palabras de saludo en Resistencia para este encuentro de Solidaridad Antikarcelaria en donde konfluyen la konciencia aktiva de lucha kontra el poder y la insistencia en la konstruxión kolektiva de una memoria antiautoritaria ke no olvida a sus presxs, kaídxs y a todxs kienes no renuncian ni abandonan el konflikto por la liberación total.
Los tiempos son de lucha konstante, de definiciones permanentes en kuanto a nuestra existencia komo individuxs ke nos rebelamos frente a lo existente. El miedo y la indolencia, el oportunismo, el silencio y olvido no pueden ganar terreno entre kienes entregan lo mejor de sus días kombatiendo la totalidad de la oferta de vida ciudadana ke nos impone la democracia, el estado y el kapital.
La kárcel, komo destino posible para kienes se rebelan, es un espacio ke el poder usa para intentar domestikar, a lxs de espíritu libre e indómito. No hay lugar de encierro trankilo, ni kárcel buena, no hay nada en estos lugares ke se pueda replikar salvo la voluntad de Resistir toda la estruktura podrida de cemento y metal penitenciario. Italy : Updates on the ‘Scripta Manent’ trial

At the hearing on 14th November a calendar of future hearings was once again announced after the expert appointed by the court to transcribe phone tapping asked for more time, obtained a 60-day extension and a second expert was also appointed. The prosecutor made it known that the judicial police had forgotten to deliver a CD audio and asked for an extension of the custody measures, but for the moment a calendar was set out complying with the length of custody… which is due to expire at the end of February (taking account of the 30/35 hearings till now, from mid-January the deadline slides to 18th February, plus some more days considering the hearings due in January). During the hearing of 14th, a DNA expert appointed by the court following Capra (DNA expert for the defence)’s report, gave his statement; the expert for the defence had challenged the reliability of the old report in several points. Berlin: Auf zur “Freiheit für Musa Asoglu”-Demo nach Hamburg (Deutschland)

Hallo liebe Freund*innen,
wir möchten am Samstag, den 15. Dezember 2018, gemeinsam von Berlin aus
zur “Freiheit für Musa Aşoğlu”-Demo nach Hamburg fahren. Hierzu treffen
wir uns am 15. Dezember um 7.30 Uhr am Ostbahnhof, Gleis 7. Wir besorgen
uns zusammen Wochenendtickets. Der Zug fährt dann um 7.52 Uhr ab. Wir
wären dann pünktlich in Hamburg, wo die Demo um 12 Uhr vor der Roten
Flora beginnen soll. Im Anschluss an die Demo würden wir gemeinsam
wieder zurück nach Berlin reisen.
Musa Aşoğlu wurde am 2. Dezember 2016 verhaftet und befindet sich
seitdem in Hamburg in Isolationshaft. Ihm wird nach §129b
(Mitgliedschaft in einer verbotenen terroristischen Vereinigung)
vorgeworfen, Mitglied der in der Türkei kämpfenden DHKP-C (Revolutionäre
Volksbefreiungspartei-Front) zu sein. Dass Oppositionelle in der Türkei
verfolgt, gefoltert und ermordet werden, stört die BRD in keinster Weise
– ist er doch enger Verbündeter und politischer Stabilidsator des immer
offener faschistisch agierenden Regimes in der Türkei.
Der §129b-Prozess gegen Musa Aşoğlu dauert seit dem 25. Januar 2018 an
und wir gehen davon aus, dass dieser im Frühjahr 2019 enden könnte.
Wir möchten Musa Aşoğlu und alle §129b-Gefangenen durch unsere

Network Case Suspects Go on Hunger Strike

Dmitry Pchelintsev and Andrei Chernov, residents of Penza and suspects in the so-called Network case, have gone on hunger strike, claiming remand prison officials and FSB officers have intimidated them during their review of their criminal case file, something to which they are entitled by Russian law. Several Penza suspects in the case have claimed they have been put in solitary confinement, handcuffed to radiators, and threatened with violence.
Pchelintsev and Chernov went on hunger strike on November 29, as reported by the Parents Network, a support group established by the mothers and fathers of the young men, who have been accused of involvement in a “terrorist community” that, allegedly, was planning an armed uprising during the March 2018 presidential election and 2018 FIFA World Cup, held in Russia this past summer.
It was on November 29 that wardens put Pchelintsev in solitary, demanding he admit to breaking the rules by talking with other inmates during yard time. He responded by going on hunger strike, and Chernov joined him as a token of support and solidarity. On November 30, wardens again tried to bargain with Pchelintsev and threaten him. (more…)

Greece: Update on the Fourth Trial of Revolutionary Struggle

On Monday 03.12.18 at 9AM, the 4th trial of Revolutionary Struggle continues in the Korydallos Prison Court for cases of ‘theft’ attributable to the organization with the employees of banks appearing as witnesses.
The prosecution have combined around 9 cases of bank expropriation (dating from 2008-2015) carried out by Revolutionary Struggle with the aim of depoliticizing the organization and deconstructing their actions by adding additional charges and convictions.
Revolutionary Struggle members Pola Roupa and Nikos Maziotis have previously assumed political responsibility for the bank expropriations that were carried out to finance and continue the actions of the organization.
In this trial, those who are accused of involvement or are being investigated for the expropriations are accused of violating Article 187P.K for membership of a criminal organization as well as 187A for financing a criminal organization. Those being accused and judged in the first instance are: N. Maziotis – member of Revolutionary Struggle, Maria Theofilou, G. Petrakakos, Themistocles and Fotis Assimakapolulos, Marios Seisidis, Kostas Sakkas, Panagiotis Argyros, Grigoris Tsironis and Spyros Christodoulou (During an EKAM / Special Counter-Terrorist Unit operation, Spyros Dravillas shot and killed himself before he could be arrested. Spyros Christodoulou, G. Petrakakos and Grigoris Tsironis were arrested during the same operation).
The next hearing is scheduled for 12.12.18.

International Call For New Year’s Eve Noise Demonstrations

This is a call for a raucous night of strong solidarity with those imprisoned by the state on one of the noisiest nights of the year. On New Year’s Eve gather your crew, collective, community, organization, or just yourself and come together to raise a racket and remind those on the inside that they are not alone.
Internationally, noise demonstrations outside of prisons are a way to remember those who are held captive by the state and a way to show solidarity with imprisoned comrades and loved ones. We come together to break the loneliness and isolation.
We know that prison is beyond reform and must be completely abolished. It is a mechanism of repression used by the state to maintain a social order rooted in white supremacy, patriarchy, and heteronormativity. To come together outside of the sites of repression is to also stand in defiance of what they represent.
The logic of the state and capital—of punishment and imprisonment, must be replaced by a rejection of oppression and exploitation. This call is one step in that direction.
Wherever you are, meet on New Year’s Eve at the prisons, jails, and detention centers, be loud in solidarity with those imprisoned and to push forward the idea of a world free from domination.
We send this call in solidarity with those defying state repression of large scale dissent: from the Yogyakarta prisoners in Indonesia to those in Russia facing repression as anarchist anti-state organizers, to all of those in the spaces between.
We want a world without walls and borders.

The anti-authoritarian comrade Joaquín García was arrested in November 2015, accused of an explosive attack against a police station. After being placed under house arrest, the comrade decided to escape but was recaptured carrying a revolver, and sent to prison again. Finally the courts decided to condemn him for these two acts to 13 years of prison.

La resistencia que hoy mantienen los/as compañeros/as en prisión es real, día a día tienen que convivir con lógicas tan podridas que a veces no se logra imaginar, desde la represión del carcelero, la autoridad penitenciaria, los nefastos códigos entre presos/as y la violencia que está totalmente a la orden del día y que puede culminar con la muerte, como lo fue el pasado 2 de Noviembre de 2018 cuando fue asesinado el compañero Kevin Garrido Fernández.
Esta pérdida es irrecuperable para sus familiares, amores, compañeros/as, para la lucha anticarcelaria y para quienes desde una perspectiva amplia practican la ofensiva contra el Capital y el Estado. A un compañero que actuó en consecuencia de sus ideas se le ha ido la vida a causa de una operación cómplice entre carceleros y presos al servicio de estos, lo que provoca un dolor y rabia inconmensurable, por lo que la indiferencia no es una opción. Una de las significancias de ser revolucionario, creo yo, pasa por la sensibilidad. Sensibilidad que te permite fijar una posición dentro de esta forma de vida actual impuesta he incrustada bajo la supremacía capitalista de una clase dominante y el conjunto de eslabones estructurales que perpetúan un control sobre la vida de millones de niñas, niños, mujeres y hombres. Hoy el dominio se expande y buscan controlar sus espacios, territorios, tiempos, sentimientos y cualquier atisbo de libertad que aun quede.
La sensibilidad revolucionaria nos permite tomar posición consciente y no solo constatar realidades. Somos enemigos de este Estado, ya con varias décadas de lucha y convicción en la piel, revindicamos el continuo histórico de este hacer subversivo y hoy, 2018 nos situamos en un tránsito de más de una década desde la caería-persecución y posterior prisión que enfrentamos como enemigos de este Estado kapitalista.
Todos estos años como rehenes en sus cárceles dan cuenta de un caminar ininterrumpido donde se han forjado complicidades fértiles en esta decisión de lucha que nos sitúa en la certeza de nuestro hacer subversivo permanente, reinventándonos y apañándonos en un latir libertario. (more…)
