I’m some guy who rides motorcycles, writes a blog, and works on free software.
About me
I’m a software developer from Canada, currently living in Scotland. I love Thai food, open source, and vintage motorcycles.
I have no discernible circadian rhythm and I never get jet-lag. I’m frequently coding in airports. Oh, and I sometimes find graphic designers cute.
Current Projects
- localForage
- Offline storage in JavaScript, improved. I’m the author and co-maintainer of localForage, used in production on sites like WordPress.com, addons.mozilla.org, and mobile.twitter.com.
- WordPress Core/Gutenberg
- I’m the Accessibility Release Lead for WordPress 5.0, a WordPress Core Committer, and a member of the Gutenberg development team. Gutenberg is a ground-up rewrite of the WordPress editing experience. Written using React/Redux, Gutenberg boasts an entirely new, extensible editing experience. It ships in WordPress 5.0 as the default editor, to over 30% of all websites on the Internet.
