    We'll submit testimony to ahead of its 10/30 hearing () on proposed changes to judicial misconduct rules. We believe: ✔️Complaints shld be made public ✔️Complainants shld be allowed to present testimony vs judges ✔️Judiciary shld cover legal fees

    If Chief Justice Roberts had referred these complaints when he began receiving these complaints (Sept 20), they could have become public amid Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings. Rules allow receiving court to make them public.

    This is a good start but he could do more: ✔️ Live audio of args would show the country the justices aren’t as partisan as perceived ✔️ Pushing the FedSoc 4 to speak at ACS & vice versa for the ACS 4 ✔️ Stronger ethics code would also help

    Chief Justice Roberts tonight went out of his way to address the "contentious events in Washington" in recent weeks. Said he won't criticize the political branches but wanted to emphasize how the judical branch "must be very different". Very rare for him to comment.
