    This boy is Syrian refugee who attends a school in Sheffield. Racists at his school have harassed him for months & here they mockingly water board him. Administrators & local police have done little to help the boy feel safe. Twitter, do your thing.

    For the record, Democrats already agreed to $23.1 billion dollars in 2019 on "border security", which is up $5.7 billion dollars from 2016 - so this actually Chuck Schumer agreeing to a total of $7.3 billion dollars in "border funding" aka the wall. Thanks, Chuck.
