AfroRazones in Havana

This past July I had the pleasure of participating in the AfroRazones music gathering in Havana Cuba, organized by Luna Olivarria Gallegos. AfroRazones happened over four days when series of speakers presented to Cuban independent music artists on everything from social media to contracts. I presented on ethics (or lack thereof) in the American music industry, as well as did a 101 overview of copyright so that artists could defend themselves when being approached by foreign collaborators.
