    The character Chad Mulligan in Stand on Zanzibar was a hero of mine as a teen. He was an author & prankster of sorts that was an inspiration for The Billboard Liberation Front. He encouraged messing with official pronouncements.

    Well Tom Price, I do not live in the past. I do like to visit it now & then, and it has become an obligation for me to record some of it. With that said there’s a much more extensive underground exploration scene in the Bay Area now that there was in 1979 and I run with the kids.
