As an agency, you’re likely handling multiple clients’ advertising campaigns. And your clients likely have multiple Twitter Ads accounts. This can be a lot to tackle. Luckily, the multi-user login capability makes things a little bit simpler.

What is multi-user login?

Essentially, the multi-user login capability allows you to grant access to other users for your Twitter Ads account. It also allows your clients to grant access to you, their agency, to handle their Twitter Ads account. It makes it easy to manage your clients’ campaigns and quickly switch between your clients’ accounts.

Here’s how it works

As an agency, you can request your client to set up multi-user login access between their Ads account and your agency’s Ads account in order to run campaigns on their behalf. That way, you can access your client’s Twitter Ads account while logged into your agency’s own @handle.

How to switch between accounts

  1. First, make sure you’re logged into your own @handle on twitter.com.
  2. Visit ads.twitter.com and click on the account you’d like to enter.
  3. To switch between accounts, just click on the account name in the upper-right corner and click “Switch accounts.” You’ll be taken to a new page where you can select any of the Ads accounts you have access to.

What are the benefits of using multi-user login?

Since you don’t have to share passwords with multi-user login, all of your sensitive billing details stay private. And you reduce the risk of malicious mishaps with your brand’s @handles. Not only is the multi-user login more secure, it reduces friction for your agency when managing multiple clients’ accounts.
