    Funds dried. Ppl withdrew consents. Resources gave up refusing to work without money. Heard innumerable taunts that I'll never be able to complete documentary. Many questioned. Many abused. Thought of giving up but didn't. Completed and now it's on Netflix!

    आज आखिरकार पर देखी आँखों से आँसू निकल आये , दुबारा वही दिन याद आ गये जब मुझ पर भी ऐसे ही झूठे आरोप लगे थे लेकिन मैं टूटा नही मैं लड़ा , जो भी लोग इस कानून की वजह से टूटे उनके लिये श्रधांजलि तुम्हारे हौसले के लिये सलाम ।

    Saw this documentary on Netflix. Very well made one. No jingoism or going over the top. States it’s facts in a calm and poised manner. Scared too. Hope our law makers see it too

    Happened to watch once again on Netflix. Emotional to the core, shocking and true,you must give a watch once. Director has done tremendous work 👏👏 Check out "Martyrs of Marriage" on Netflix

    Just watched Thought provoking and moving. It provides a solid argument for some kind of amendment of the dowry law. Great work ! More such documentaries need to be made and should be made available to a larger audience.

    was made for a purpose and now some women are abusing and misusing it 😔. Hope all the men who are victimised due to this abuse find justice soon! Law should be equal for all irrespective of caste, creed, religion, gender, ethinicity.

    I was watching by ma'am. A very spine chilling documentary about how people are trapped into the web of just because some women want to teach lesson to their husbands on a petty issue.

    is well researched documentary showing the systemic abuse of Amending the act to introduce provision to strictly punish the accuser if the allegations are proven false should curb the misuse to a certain extent. Great job 🙏🏼

    Journalist: Isn't your film on misuse of dowry laws doing disservice to women who are genuine victims of dowry and domestic violence abuse? Me: NO. It is women who file false cases who are doing disservice to genuine victims. Not my film. It's telling truth
