    सचिवालय में घुसने के लिए एक लंबी प्रक्रिया से गुजरना पड़ता है और अगर सचिवालय में आप चले भी जाओ तो CM चेंबर तक पहुंचना बहुत ही मुश्किल है क्योंकि पुलिस पूछताछ करती रहती है, वहां पर एक व्यक्ति मिर्ची पाउडर लेकर मुख्यमंत्री पर हमला करता है और पुलिस देखती रहती है"
