  2. At I raised the horrific murder of mother in my constituency, shot in the back with a crossbow, four weeks before she was due to give birth. I’m grateful to the PM for agreeing to look again at toughening the laws governing the sale, possession and use of these weapons.

    Looks like that the PM will be making a statement outside No10 to the press at the same time that the House of Commons will be sitting. The Ministerial code is clear that important policy announcements should be made to Parliament first, not the press.
