    Graham Brady won't announce until PM is back in the country. And since Theresa Delay is the queen of avoidance, simply hiding-out in Magaluf over Christmas would be totally On Brand.

    Brexiter MP tells me they are confident the 48 letters have gone in (or are v close): “The mood has changed completely in the last 24 hours.”

    Presumably as soon as Theresa May gets back to the UK, she will know what she has managed - or not - to negotiate. So there's no reason why the meaningful vote can't be scheduled for next week. Unless she is recklessly trying to run down the clock, that is.
