20.12.2017 - 10:22This is an analytic review focused on the phenomenon, known as hate crimes – that is, on ordinary criminal offenses committed on the grounds of ethnic, religious or other similar enmity or prejudice.
12.02.2018This report by Natalia Yudina is an analytic review of radical nationalism and counteraction to it based on the SOVA's monitoring (first half of 2017).

On August 3 and 4, 2017, during the 93rd session of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), the report of the Russian Federation will be considered.
ADC Memorial, Crimea SOS and SOVA Center in collaboration with International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) have submitted an alternative report.21.07.2017 SOVA Center for Information and Analysis took part in the 2017 OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting in Warsaw (September 11-22). Here we publish the report made by the center’s speakers at the session "Tolerance and non-discrimination II" on September 14.
In June 2017 the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum published the chapter, “Myths and Background,” from Alexander Osipov’s book, What is Ethnic Discrimination and What Can Be Done?, on its website. The publication discusses and refutes the main myths related to equality and discrimination in Russia. This document is a chapter from a book published by Sova Center in 2012.
03.07.2017On June 7, 2016, the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) released its conclusions on the implementation of a number of recommendations made in its country reports. We publish the conclusions in respect of the Russian Federation.
