This video shows the cowardly "attack" on Bookmarks Bookshop this weekend. But what it really shows is the crisis of fragile masculinity, which is probably the most threatening thing about this bizarre assortment of sad fascists, emerging from their mother's basements, to "ambush" a couple of socialist bookshop workers. These workers did well to remain calm and firmly tell them to leave, while the fash got an uninspired pro Trump chant going, amidst the awkward sound of far-r...ight idiot Mark Martin (aka Buska in the Park) evidently dumbfounded by the diverse selection of books on display at the bookstore.
After ripping up a couple of placards in the bookstore, and stomping around making fools of themselves, they eventually sauntered out. While this video is pretty amusing, we shouldn't let this attempt at intimidation happen again. This group of pariahs will grow in confidence if they're not challenged. Solidarity to the workers in the store, and to Bookmarks Bookstore owners. Well done for standing up to these pathetic playground bullies.
The fascists who graced our screens have been identified as the following:
The guy filming is Mark Martin aka Buska In The Park
Max Hammet-Millay 'Red Cap Boy'
Elizabeth Jones of UKIP's NEC
Sharon Klaff
Martin Costello (UKIP Swindon candidate 2018)
Edward Howard (MBGA Youth Leader)
David Coppin and his wife (name unknown). Copping is of the South East Alliance, a nazi group split from the EDL, and general fascist thug for hire.
If people can ID others, drop us a DM. ✊
The socialist bookstore in London, Bookmarks, was attacked earlier by cowardly nazi thugs who ransacked the shop tearing up books and attempting to intimidate workers. They were spouting anti-Muslim hate, holding placards, and one was apparently wearing a Trump mask shouting "anti-semite" at them, despite being part of this group of fascists perpetrating this attack.
This shouldn't have happened. The far-right will try and intimidate us by attacking left wing spaces, but we can't let them. We need to unite against such fascist threats, and as a movement we need to be prepared to defend ourselves against future attempts like these.
Solidarity with the workers and comrades at Bookmarks.
