    Reminder- today is the last day for vehicle travel on the Teton Park Road between the Taggart and Bradley Lakes Trailhead and Signal Mountain Lodge. Beginning tomorrow, November 1, this section of the road is open to walking, biking, and rollerblading until snow covers the road.

    Oct 31 will be the final day the Moose-Wilson Rd, from Death CYN JCT to Granite Entrance Station, will be open to vehicle traffic for the season. Beginning Nov 1, walking & biking will be allowed on the road until the status changes to over-snow access. (2/3)

    The northern section of the Moose-Wilson Rd, between Murie Ranch JCT & Death CYN JCT, is closed to all users, including cyclists, due to construction of roadside pullouts. The northern section of the road will reopen Nov 1st, & visitors will have access to Death CYN JCT. (1/3)

    Beginning Monday, Oct 22 through Oct 31, the northern portion of the Moose-Wilson Rd, between Murie Ranch JCT & Death CYN JCT, will close to all users, including cyclists, due to construction of roadside pullouts. Oct 31 is the final day the M-W Rd will be open to vehicles. (1/2)

    Visitors & recreationists are reminded that park rescue operations may be limited by reduced staff, severe weather, & limited helicopter use this time of year. Please consider experience, be prepared for self-rescue, & have appropriate skills & equipment for each activity. (3/3)

    Grand Teton rangers conducted an early evening short-haul rescue at Hidden Falls on Sat, Oct 13. Teton Interagency Dispatch received a call at approx 4:45 p.m. on Sat from a bystander indicating someone had fallen & needed help at Hidden Falls. Info: (1/3)

    The full HWY closures at Arizona Creek on October 16 & 23 have been canceled. Visitors should expect 15-minute delays in this area through November 3 as construction crews continue working. The construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions & other factors.

    The unpaved section of the Moose-Wilson Rd in Grand Teton will be temporarily closed for road grading 8PM Wed, Oct 17 & will reopen by 6AM Thur, Oct 18. If the road work is not completed during this night, the road will also be closed the following night, same timeframe. (1/2)

    Visitors are reminded that feeding wildlife creates a safety risk for humans as animals associate people with food; bears can also become aggressive in seeking additional food, especially when preparing to den for the winter. (6/6)
