Staff at imperfecto is very rude and levy 10% Service tax, even when the Service is bad and customer denies to pay. Staff is arrogant and is just bothered about making as money as they can out of you without even caring about your comfort and keeps standing on your head if you delay in order.

if you are a dance person.thats the place to be..initially we thought it was basic slow good music but the party actually starts at 930pm...till then eat and njoy...Crowd v good because its an expensive place..while the discotheuqe says 900 per person ...its actually around 1600 to 1800 per person..but as I said if u want a decent crowd and amazing dance music...this is the place....

So this was the 7th time I went to this place. The 7th time I reported this to my bank and the financial conduct authorities of India (and my company).
What happens is that, when you pay by card, they would hold the terminal away from you. Then they ask for the PIN. If you asked them to do it again (in front of you), they would apologise and do the same in a different manner.
This is the 7th time that they did the same and denied any wrongdoing. Also the 7th time that there... ‘was no manager present’ when this happened. Some heavies came there when I complained but (purely because I am a different category) I wasn’t beaten up. Everything was recorded, even the attempt to cheat.
All my staff and other partners’ engineers visit the place daily. From next week, I put a ban on it. Until the police don’t sort this out, no one from my team neither anyone of the partners will visit it. Roughly 2,000 people.
I launched a case myself against this place and also feel myself personally entitled (and motivated) to get it closed. No mercy at all since there has been no improvement since I first raised this (only lies as normal).
A shame on its own. This is one of the reasons why India is suffering of many bad perceptions. Its owners and operators must take consequences for being such a negative press for their country. A total disgrace.

i had visited last week and found awesome hospitality and amazing food and would like to thanks all staff specially Mr Dharmbir sehrawat the man who made our day by his handmade delicious variety of food and all are very tasty.
