We loved the concept when it first opened. All the restaurants, bars, music and food were a huge draw. The Harbor Club soon became our favorite. We recently went for the boat show and to pregame the parade. The poke place doesn’t serve food anymore. The wine bar had no bartenders. The Harbor Club was closed both weekends. It seems like Waterside is backsliding to empty venues, like it was before. Staff the bars and restaurants. People will come. Don’t, and it will all fall apart.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Great place for families outside. Beautiful setting, live band playing. All sorts of games and activities for adults and kids. Don't go hungry, though! We tried to eat at Guy Fieri's restaurant. Waited about 15 minutes once seated and never saw a server. Most of the other eating places were closed but offered their food at the bar. Big mistake! One bartender/server. One person got her food in a reasonable time. It took about 30 minutes for my noodle soup to arrive, and I was given a fork and knife. No spoon for soup. The bartender did not have a spoon. She offered me chopsticks instead. Yes, for soup. Thankfully, the ice cream stand is excellent!

So today was about my 10th time going to waterside. I took my son for his school promotion along with my other two children. We ended up at Rocky Mountain grill and had a horrible experience. It wasn’t packed at all, no hostess but was told to wait to be seated. After 25 minutes, i asked the bartender and he says sit anywhere. Our waiter came to us after 15 minutes and took our order. Well it went even more down hill from there. I ordered 6 appetizers and ended up with two. S...he remembers one and then brought the second one at the end�She forgot items the first time, came back after about 35 minutes and still forgot items. The third time she comes back and says she forgot them again and the kitchen is backed up. So not only did two of my children not have dinner from the time we walked in from 630pm-845pm when i just left. We weren’t offer anything for our inconvenience other than a check and the statement of “this is so embarrassing!” � smh
