Fun fact: The "CC" button on the video player stands for "closed captions," not "Comedy Central." Tap it to toggle captions on or off.

Why can't I leave comments on videos anymore?

We've decided to focus our energy on improving other parts of the site instead of on managing comments. This way, you can watch even more videos, and then take your thoughts to social media -- which we love, because we need something to read in the bathroom, too.

Can I watch full episodes on my phone or tablet?

Of course -- it's easy. Just download the free Comedy Central app. New episodes become available the day after they air on TV. Plus, you can catch up on full seasons and watch hours of stand-up specials, digital shorts, extras and classic shows from our archive.

How do I livestream content on the cc.com site?

To watch the live channel digitally, log in to the app and select the "Live TV" tab. From there, you can stream away for the rest of your life (or until your responsibilities get in the way).

How do I get help with the Comedy Central app?

Do I need a TV provider in order to watch full episodes?

You don't need a TV provider to watch the latest full episodes of The Daily Show with Trevor Noah or @midnight with Chris Hardwick on your computer or on the Comedy Central app. Digital shorts and select episodes are also available without a TV provider. To access other full episodes, sign in with your TV provider.

My favorite show used to be available online/on the app, but now it's gone. Where can I find it?

Because of rights, syndication deals, contracts and other boring grown-up stuff, certain episodes and series will expire from digital platforms. The good news: They may become available again. And even if they don't, we still have plenty of other shows for you to watch.

More episodes could be on the way. For most returning shows, the full previous season will be made available shortly before the new season premieres. Unfortunately for some other shows, we may not be able to make full seasons available. :(

For current shows, new episodes become available online and on the app the day after they air. Stand-up specials and archived shows are refreshed every month.

Are full episodes available digitally outside the U.S.?

Why do I have to sign in with my TV provider in order to watch certain episodes?

When you sign in, you get access to all of our full episodes online/on the app at no additional cost as part of your TV subscription package. And that's why you're here in the first place, right?

How do I sign in?

Enter the username and password provided by your TV provider. This is often the same username you use to sign in to your provider's site. The information you enter is between you and your TV provider; we don't capture or store it. Promise.

Why didn't my TV provider login work?

Are you 100% sure you entered your username and password correctly? Are you 110% sure? You may need to contact your TV provider for a reminder or a reset.

I signed in with my TV provider, but I still can't access certain episodes. What should I do?

You'll have to contact your TV provider for help. There may be a problem with your username or password.

Why isn't my TV provider listed?

Hold tight. We're working hard to get all providers to participate.

Why am I being asked to sign in again?

Your TV provider may ask you to re-verify your login information periodically. Do it. Ten seconds. Done.

Can I sign in on multiple devices?

Sure. Watch full episodes on your computer at home and also on your phone via the app when you're on the go, you busy little bee, you.

Can I share my TV provider credentials with other people?

Your TV provider username and password are often the same credentials you use to access your TV provider account. So unless you think your friends are going to pay your bill for you, we wouldn't recommend it.

How can I find out what's on Comedy Central right now and what's going to be on later?

Check the Comedy Central TV schedule. It'll show you what's on now, and you can search for upcoming air times for your favorite shows.

Are Comedy Central shows closed-captioned?

All of our on-air programming is closed-captioned. On digital platforms, all full episodes and stand-up specials are also captioned.

My favorite show isn't on the air anymore. What happened?

We try to let you know as soon as possible when a show is going to return. We don't always have an exact date slated for a show's return, but each show's page will tell you as much as we know. If a show is not returning, you can still watch available videos on CC.com. Here's the list of current and recent Comedy Central shows. If you're looking for a show that isn't listed, try using the site search function.

Why are there some weeks when the late-night shows don't air?

Like anyone else with a busy job, the folks who produce our late-night shows need to take breaks once in a while. We call these breaks "dark weeks," and there are about 10 to 12 of them per year, usually around major holidays. (Fun fact: Sometimes the show's staffers work right through the dark week, even if they're not producing new episodes. TV doesn't make itself, people!)
