First off, you *do* know that some important people listen to This Is Hell, so if you *don't* rate a...nd review This Is Hell, how will Noam Chomsky know who you are? (They read your reviews on the air...appeals to the egotist in all of us)

Secondly, (Why isn't that "second off?) This Is Hell does actually interview people who think deeply, and write cogently. They may not always be capable of turning in a great interview, but Chuck Mertz damn sure tries to make a silk purse of the very occasional sow's ear. And, why is it the sow? Females *always* get screwed.

Third off, (Yes, it's a trend now) if I were able I would give 4.975 stars, only because Chuck refers to the reviews which gave fewer than five stars pretty much every week, so for a true egotist like me, fewer than five stars is a very attractive option...but I just can't go to 4 stars and sleep with myself...something my wife forces me to do.
