It is a time of great sadness for the Platform family. On November 15, 2015, founder Henry "Hank" Williams died of complication from myocarditis, an infection which came upon him suddenly. He was 50 years old.

His loss is tragic and senseless, but it will not stop us from continuing the work he started four years ago. Hank envisioned a world where the innovation economy had a true meritocracy, and he worked tirelessly to create solutions to allow for the greater participation of underrepresented groups. That work goes on.
