    On October 23, we’re removing the ability to create Moments on the Twitter for iOS or Android apps. When features aren't used as often, we’ll remove them, so we can focus on building other products you’ll love.

    Reduce your data usage with data saver mode on Twitter for iOS and Android.📱 When turned on, images will load in lower quality, and videos won't autoplay. When you want to view images in higher quality, tap the more icon and select "Load High Quality".

    Enable night mode for easy reading while you’re up reading those late night Tweets. 🌙 👀 Tap your profile photo in the top left corner to access the dash menu, then tap the slider next to night mode for easier viewing!

  9. Want to play a video in a Tweet but can't use data? Bookmarks lets you save Tweets for when you’re on WiFi, or when it’s more convenient. Tap the share button and select “Add Tweet to Bookmarks” to save. Tap on your profile photo in the top left corner to access your Bookmarks.

  10. For those who received notifications today, this only involves potential interactions or Direct Messages you have have had with companies using Twitter for things like customer service. Your other DMs are not involved at all.

  12. We haven’t found an instance where data was sent to the incorrect party. But we can’t conclusively confirm it didn’t happen, so we’re telling potentially impacted people about the bug. If you were potentially involved, we’ll contact you today. We’re sorry that this happened.

  15. We want you to have control over what you see in your timeline. Soon, you’ll have even more control with the option to provide additional feedback on Tweets when you have the "Show the best Tweets first" setting turned on.

  17. 5/ Meanwhile, today we updated the “Show the best Tweets first” setting. When off, you’ll only see Tweets from people you follow in reverse chronological order. Previously when turned off, you’d also see “In case you missed it” and recommended Tweets from people you don’t follow.
