Problem with my account twitter

Hi guys and all the staff, sorry for my bad english but i try to be clear.

I have just created an account on twitter @volleyveneto

I have 2 things to ask you:

1. how can i put the preview of my website ( made with wordpress ) to twitter?

example:

• why this one it do the preview https://lasorellanza.com/2018/09/08/mondiale-in-cornice-epilogo/

• and this one not? https://www.volleyveneto.it/padova/serie-d-il-tie-break-e-ancora-fatale-allolympia/

2. how can i do to put in the same moment a tweet on facebook? i see to go in app and click " connect to facebook " but there isn’t! i need to put a link of my website on twitter and automatically put it in facebook…
