In order to "support" the right of Augusta State University graduate student Jennifer Keeton to refuse to provide counseling to gays and lesbians, the KKK is going to hold a rally at the university in full Klan garb. Bobby Spurlock, the Klan's imperial wizard knighthawk and grand dragon of North and South Carolina, says that the Klan believes the school violated the counseling student's constitutional rights by requiring her to participate in a remediation program so that she could better work with gay and lesbian clients.

A court in Hong Kong yesterday denied the right to marry to a transgender woman who had filed a legal challenge against Hong Kong's marriage laws. The plaintiff, who underwent sex reassignment surgery in 2008 and can legally be referred to only as "W," argued that her rights under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were violated because Hong Kong's Marriage Registry allows only cisgendered men and women to marry.
