Research: contemporary evidence and information

The Law and Justice Foundation of NSW has two core research programs:
Research strategy

Our strategy is to conduct rigorous, independent research which can inform policy development.

Our focus is on access to justice needs, in particular those of socially and economically disadvantaged people in NSW.

Our research projects are characterised by an empirical approach, in which documented and transparent socio-legal methodologies are applied.
