The Clork table clock is a rather unusual and minimalist timepiece by designer brand Puik Art from Amsterdam. A circular face is encased in cork, which follows the shape as a thin strip around most of the edge. Only on one side the thin circle becomes a rounded right-angled corner. The asymmetric clock design by Dutch designer Ernst Koning draws attention. The corner also strengthens the visual impact of the hand-finished cork and contrasts pleasantly with the pure white painted sheet-metal and black hands.
