This could open up some good discussions between parents and children about how much screen time is healthy and also what that time is being used for (e.g., social media, productivity, etc. )

Not sure i want to buy another ‘thing’ fir my iphobe. My using/looking so much @ my apple (yes) may be an addiction-but I can have worst ones. This doesn’t cost me $ or jail time or make for bad driving skills (oh maybe a little Bad example!!)

I’m all in on periodic digital detox. There is an natural ebb and flow with life, unplugging, even intermittently, can reset our minds. I just went on vacation for a week to a resort with no TVs. I ckd twitter on occasion to skim the headlines and skipped all pundit chats
