    The “Mumbai Model” is nothing more than window dressing Covid deaths. Deaths due to other reasons in Mumbai during first wave -12% During second wave the figure is staggeringly high at 39.4%! For Rest of Maharashtra, figures during both waves, have remained more or less same.
