    We’ve identified a bug that sent push notifications about protected Tweets (Retweets, Retweets with comment, replies, and mentions) to non-followers. This issue persisted for 20 hrs and is now resolved. We'll be in touch directly with people whose Tweets may have been impacted.

  11. We've identified a bug impacting some abuse report notifications over the last 3 days where we mistakenly indicated accounts had been found in violation of multiple policies, rather than just the one(s) in violation. We're resolving this issue now - sorry for the confusion!

  15. Our rules don’t allow anyone under 13 to Tweet or create a Twitter account so we’re working on a technical solution to delete those Tweets, and allow the impacted account holders to continue on Twitter. 4/6

  16. These accounts were automatically locked, and we created additional confusion by sending messages to people saying that they’re still under 13 (when many are now older) and need to close their accounts. 3/6
