Maintains a housing waiting list for TCHC buildings and other subsidized housing. The list is years long but you could be put on the priority list if you are fleeing domestic violence, or terminally ill. Regardless, it makes sense to get on it now because it is really cheap rent – especially for people on social assistance – just don’t bank on getting in any time soon.
