Liberation for blacks and other minorities means an end to capitalist exploitation. This can only be accomplished through a mass movement of the working class, united across racial and national lines.

Frederick Douglass explained the problem with pitting workers agaisnt each other: “The difference between the white slave, and the black slave, is this: the latter belongs to oneslaveholder, and the former belongs to all the slaveholders, collectively.”

Instead of uniting workers across racial lines imposed on them, indentity groups so division between workers. They're simply acting as pawns in a classic divide and conquer maneuver. Funnily enough, this is in the interest of the "racist rich white men" that they oppose.

The police are watchdogs of the capitalist state. It is their job to suppress the poor masses and prevent a mobilization of the working class, just as racialist politics espoused by the Democrats and groups like BLM (which has close ties with capitalists i.e Ford, Wells Fargo)

No one denies racism plays a role in a number of police killings, but the notion that police violence is primarily a racial issue is wrong. As the report notes, the overwhelming majority of people killed, regardless of race, have been poor.
