Since the Dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, the US has been engaged in continuous wars of growing intensity. The US seeks to overcome its economic decline by engaging in ever more reckless conflicts, in the Middle East, in the South China Sea, and in eastern Europe, which threaten to engulf the world in a new, nuclear conflagration.

The International Committee of the Fourth International, in the forefront of the struggle against imperialist war, insists that the international working class is the only force which can put an end to war.
