Kids dressed up costumes, vendors selling food and drinks, and music playing down West Pine Grove Avenue in North Augusta. the first Fall Fest brought the Halloween spirit out in North Augusta. The Fall Fest, which was put on by the North Augusta Merchant's Alliance, was thought up after the cancellation of the city sponsored Jack O'Lantern Jubilee.
