Creatives

Tweets can include text, images, GIFs, videos, or cards. Cards can include images or videos. We refer to these entities as creatives, which can be promoted in campaigns.

Media—images, GIFs, or videos—are uploaded using either the POST media/upload or the POST media/upload (chunked) endpoints. These can be added to the following cards:

or directly to Tweets using the POST accounts/:account_id/tweet or the POST accounts/:account_id/scheduled_tweets endpoints.

To add cards to Tweets, use the card_uri parameter.
