Sad news now subscription only
I have been using this app for 8 years
Its a very basic sponge for news in sweden.
However the articles are pretty much basic things- not in depth articles. Junk news really.
Fine without subscription - but utterly pointless for 49 euro per year. Im happy to subscribe to apps that give me a lot - im also happy to contribute to the guardian uk for example..
But the quality of the news on the local is just about at a level of a free paper like the metro.. just translated into english. See you later - local!
Shame
This used to be a great app for a quick glance at the news in various countries. Everything is behind a paywall now; would have gladly donated (even if it were compulsory, of an amount of my choosing).
Alas, another reader gone...
Sad to have to subscribe
The local have lost yet another reader, not worth the subscription fee, goodbye.
