The Brand Strategy team at Twitter works with the world’s top brands and their agencies to develop creative and impactful marketing activations, that get noticed on Twitter.  We’re looking for a talented creative to join our team!

The Creative Specialist is a dynamic, creative storyteller with exceptional design skills. This role is critical in helping develop innovative and disruptive ideas, in articulating ideas & creative solutions in a visually arresting manner, and in bringing them to life through sight, sound and motion. This role provides a great opportunity to work closely with a team of driven & experienced sales and marketing professionals in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

The Creative Specialist should possess strong creative and design skills, as well as significant experience crafting compelling storylines. You have experience building pitch materials, bringing to life ad products visually, mapping out the stages of an idea, and creating narratives and case studies. Additionally, you enjoy brainstorming with team members with the overarching goals of distilling objectives and developing marketing solutions that help our top advertisers succeed on Twitter and beyond.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to concept branded solutions that showcase elegant uses of the Twitter platform

  • Lead in developing pitch materials and artwork which bring custom ideas and solutions to life for our top partners

  • Design cohesive sets of slides, templates, and visuals for presentations

  • Work internally with the end goal of helping brands and clients execute creative, innovative marketing campaigns on Twitter

  • Develop creative frameworks that are scalable, as well as create best-in-class printed & digital materials that help drive revenue and showcase the best work on the platform

  • Building relationships within Twitter’s sales organization and across Twitter’s broader design community; Connecting with Creative Specialists in Twitter offices around the world to share & learn from other regions

  • Having an innovative approach to problem solving and storytelling, with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to Twitter and client brand standards

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


Who you are:

  • Reliable, energetic & as excited about Twitter as we are

  • You’re hugely interested in design, creativity and the challenge of constraint on platforms like Twitter

  • You love a creative challenge and are fascinated by what good advertising looks like

  • You have a finely-tuned aesthetic and strong opinions on design and what looks good, and a digital portfolio which demonstrates this

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with design skills, or have equivalent experience. Video / Animation training a plus

  • Desire to stay current on new digital advertising technologies and Twitter related ecosystem partners and their capabilities

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing, sales marketing, sales development, or a related sales support function

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
