What you’ll do:
Influence Product Strategy
- Trusted partner to video product leadership representing GCP point-of-view/ Liaison between video product and GCP organization
- Collect, evaluate, and prioritize product requests from GCP organization
- Streamline communications with product team
- Ensure GCP business and product requirements are understood and prioritized by product/engineering leadership
Own and Manage Global Live Brand Studio Business
- Live Brand Studio works directly with advertisers to produce and publish their own content on Twitter
- Develop business strategy, develop and manage pipeline, and work with GCP PMs and sales organizations to support pitches
- Work with regional leaders to secure live brand studio deals that support their greater regional strategy
- Drive and meet global revenue targets
Be GCP Live Video Expert
- Ensure that Product features are broadly understood across the global Partnerships team and incorporated into any go-to-market plans
- Educate GCP organization (and clients as PMs see fit) on upcoming product changes and how they are expected to affect our business
- Research and build ROI analysis regarding GCP product asks
- Utilize data driven analysis to optimize program scheduling for new and existing content deals
- Act as the GCP Live video industry expert to ensure we stay abreast of new/emerging trends in the space
Drive Global Operations for Live Business
- Lead live ops cross-functional collaboration with Periscope editorial team, Curation team, publisher tools team, etc. to execute on content initiatives
- Own and lead partnership with the Technical Program Management team to ensure all livestreams are scheduled and executed as planned
- Lead the creation of go-to-market strategy, marketing collateral, and media plans specific to the live business
- Own reporting and measurement of livestreams
- Own infrastructure, processes, and procedures for Live Video executions -- including insights and key learnings around Live Video efficacy on Twitter
- Point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure live deals are executed properly (i.e. legal, finance, communications, marketing, technical program management, others)
- Partner with the GCP Operation team to ensure Live Video Program manage is supported by the global operations team
Who you are:

- Excited by ambiguity, ambitious, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple external partners and internal teams to build strong and successful relationships
- Passion and knowledge of Twitter, the media industry and the changing content landscape
- Proven ability to lead as the hub of the wheel on intensive cross functional coordination in both deal processes and more significant executing priorities and plans
- Creative thinker that can solve complex problems
- Critical thinker and extremely analytical with a love of data analysis
Skills and Experience:
- BS or BA, with MBA/JD or equivalent preferred
- 8-10+ years experience in media, content, and/or sales partnerships with experience in (a) new media / web products and (b) television strongly preferred
- Exceptional understanding of Twitter and social media’s impact on brands
- A mix of sales and operations experience
- Experience developing working relationships at all levels of management -- externally and internally
- Experience in content creation, programming or development
- Ability to translate complexity into action plan and communications
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, in person and in writing, to many different audiences, ranging from executives to talent
- Knowledge of online video market and industry preferred
- Knowledge of Tableau preferred
- Advanced Excel and Keynote required
