UNDP again ranked as one of world’s most transparent development aid organizations
Over 90 stakeholders from across the Botswana justice sector convened in Gaborone on 8 May at a workshop convened by Legal Aid Botswana and UNDP. The main objective of the workshop was to lay the groundwork for the improved coordination of legal services for vulnerable and indigent people in Botswana
Kgalagadi And Ghanzi Drylands Ecosystem Project (K&GDEP;) in partnership with MENT conducted training of law enforcement officers from Kgalagadi, Ghanzi and Gaborone on 16-20 April 2018 in Gantsi
Biogas Project has invited Instructors from the Vocational Training Institutes in the South-Eastern Botswana with the aim of the training Brick laying and Plastering Instructors on how to construct a small-scale digester which can be used to produce biogas for cooking, heating, lighting and to generate electricity.
The Ngamiland Sustainable Land Management Project (NSLMP) in collaboration with Department of Forestry Range and Resources(DFRR) organised a ceremony at Maun lodge on the 5th of April to hand over fire-fighting and bush encroachment equipment to community leaders of Lake Ngami catchment area and Tsodilo Enclave catchment area
H.E Lt. General, Dr. Seretse Khama Ian Khama's address to policy-makers, development practitioners, government representatives, researchers and academics from Africa and from around attending the “Leave No One behind: the Fight Against Poverty, Exclusion and Inequality" at the Gaborone International Convention Center.
The two-day 'Leave No One Behind' Conference brought together more than 400 participants from a select group of countries that have been successful in reducing extreme poverty, exclusion and inequality.
