Dial.gov facilitates intelligent search for welfare scheme and service benefits for the citizen with help of multiple access channels such as web portal, call centre, IVRS, and mobile app. It enables the citizens to search for the benefits information based on their eligibility. At present, the service is available for individuals seeking information about Scholarships Benefits, Pension Benefits, Farmer Benefits, Women & Child Benefits, Sports Benefits, Youth Benefits, Self-Employment Benefits, Labour Benefits and Health Benefits (To be launched soon).

Scholarships Benefits-:with a set of 377 unique schemes and 797 unique benefits, this domain provides information regarding the State, National and International schemes too.

Pension Benefits -: This domain provides the information regarding the pension schemes provided by central and state governments. There are 121 unique schemes and 197 unique benefits available in this domain.

Farmer Benefits -: -: This domain is equipped with 117 unique schemes containing 159 unique benefits for the welfare of farmers.

Women & Child Benefits-: There are 93 schemes with 124 unique benefits, which are available on Dial.gov portal; here user can explore the schemes regarding the benefits available for Women & Child.

Sports Benefits -: Here 79 unique Schemes are available with 98 unique benefits for the sports persons.

Youth Benefits-: Here 48 schemes with 54 unique benefits are available for youth, who according to their eligibility can avail benefits of their entitlements.

Self-Employments Benefits-: One who fits in the criteria can avail the benefits from set of 44 schemes and 64 unique benefits available for the promotion of Self-employment.

The objective of this Group benefits under Dial.gov, is to deliver information to various groups, about multiple schemes and services provided by the Central and State Governments and enabling the groups to search for schemes and benefits and other service information based on their eligibility through an intelligent search engine. Dial.gov has also included the welfare information regarding Groups, Benefits for Organization, Institutions, NGOs, and other groups like household / family falls under this category. There are numerous of benefits available under this category. New domains likely to be included in the Dial.gov group architecture are Household, Cultural, Education, Tourism etc.
