    What a GRREAT idea! At Terminal 3 Delhi Airport this morning I saw a flying simulator set up by Indian Air Force (free of cost). An interesting & fun way to promote awareness about amongst the youth/children. A simulator for submarine ops & a Commando raid next perhaps.

    Imagine how much space would it require to house 93000 mannequins, if India were also to stoop. But we treat even enemy soldiers with dignity. During Kargil war we even performed last rites of Pak soldiers whom Pakistan did not accept

    WhatsApp is not secure any more, air we breathe is heavily polluted, police needs protection, lawyers are taking law in their own hands, court rulings are creating huge furore in the country, politicians can't form govt even after being elected... Come let's pray!

    Up Aravalis! During the last 10 days in Rajasthan, drove up to Gurushikhar, highest point on Aravalis (5K ft). Having started my journey from Delhi, where Aravalis merge with plains, it was apt place to turn back. Bereft of a motorbike on this trip, tried my hand at other modes..

    Ah! This is the young man who walked up to me at Fatehsagar Coffee corner, said he followed me on Twitter, was an army aspirant and wanted a pic with me. He added value to my evening experience. Thank you

    Started Sunday with gracious hospitality of HH Shriji Arvind Singhji Mewar of Udaipur at his city palace. Equally enjoyed a Kulhad Coffee at Fateh Sagar lake. When a young Twitter-friend recognised me there, owner said that its free for faujis, 'you've already paid at the border!

    Look at their young faces. They've hardly lived before they died... for the Motherland. LoC and such op areas have exacted a heavy toll of soldiers over the years. Yet it doesn't deter the Indian soldier, they are the Best! Salute the Spirit! RIP Brothers!

    Saw Pushkar Mela in full swing y'day. Besides camels & horses, there was other cattle too, & connected gear. Colourful lanes of local handicraft, hordes of people, numerous foreign tourists & a rich variety of street food stalls gave it a festive look, that lasts a week. Vibrant!

    A blessed day! Enroute from Jaipur to Udaipur, stopped at Ajmer Sharif, chadar charai & joined the qawali; And at Pushkar, world's only Brahma temple. Having prayed at Shiv temple at Kedarnath & Vishnu temple at Badrinath before Diwali, completed Brahma Vishnu Mahesh trimuvirate
