By having a place for like-minded people, we can exchange ideas and build off of each others strengths producing a healthy, diverse and more exciting creative scene for the city; meaning better experiences for people who visit. Our purpose is to cultivate a creative ecology by having a safe and inclusive space for creative experimentation, development and connection.

The "why"
We are a social enterprise/not-for-profit and all revenue goes to our purpose. We find providing space for creative and cultural experiences actually fills a social gap and gives us a stronger sense of community, contributes to our wellbeing, and brings joy to our lives being a part of something "bigger" than our individual self. We all have the chance to support something we're passionate about, whatever that passion might be; even if that means coming here for your next coffee.
We're an evolving prototype and are constantly seeking to improve our models impact on social and environmental issues while responding to the needs of the community. We believe through leveraging business, we can provide meaningful & exciting employment, personal and professional development, education, and experiences that build value in our daily lives.
