A CVS pharmacist in Arizona was fired after a woman says the pharmacist refused to provide the doctor-prescribed medication for her hormone therapy. Arizona is one of a handful of states in which pharmacists can deny medication based on "moral or ethical" grounds. CVS has apologized for the employee's actions.

Authorities are investigating the tragic death of 17 people after a duck tour boat capsized in Missouri's Table Rock Lake on Thursday.
