Open Day
In case your problem remains unresolved despite repeated applications/visits to the Mission, then you are advised to meet the Minister – Coordination, E-mail: min[dot]coord[at]hcilondon[dot]in (for OCI and PIO and Community Matters) and Minister – Consular, E-mail: min[dot]cons[at]hcilondon[dot]in (for Passport, Visa and Miscellaneous Consular Services) under the 'Open Day' which is held on every Wednesday (between 1100-1200 hrs).
High Commissioner/Deputy High Commissioner will hold Open Day Session for one hour at 11:00 a.m. on the last Friday of the month.
It is clarified that 'Open Day' meeting is not a substitute for expediting or facilitating routine work in the Mission.
