    There is a massive mural on the wall of KAUTILYA auditorium at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. Under the stern gaze of one of India’s greatest thinkers, cadets learn nuances of Naval warfare. The sheer sophistication of teaching & learning at INA is mind boggling.

    Increase in incentives to terrorists was wrong in 2004 & proposal to increase it is doubly wrong today. They don’t take up terrorism due to poverty, but due to religious radicalisation & Pak influence. Ma’am, deserve funds. Terrorists deserve death.

    On Chattisgarh episode of PATRIOT, this was exactly what was discussed. must have powers & equipment to generate SIGINT (signal intelligence) & E-INT (electronic intelligence). Simply relying on HUMINT (human intelligence) is not enough.
