Who cares. Because remain campaign was truthful and honest wasn't it. Stop trying to overturn the result people voted for christ 2 years later and you people still can't handle the result grow up.

So you don't care whether our democracy is decent, honest and fair as long as you get the result you want. And is this what 'taking back sovereignty' really means? A way for the rich and powerful to achieve their ends even more easily,.
-
Errr except the rich and powerful voted for Remain including all the large Global Corporations ....
-
Arron Banks, Crispin Odey, Tim Martin, Jacob Rees-Mogg, James Dyson etc etc Plus the Russian government of course.
-
Also it really doesn't matter what was and what wasn't spent on the campaigns people's views remained the same when I voted it had nothing to do with any campaigns it had everything to do with how felt. nobody swayed me
-
So why does any campaign group ever bother spending money on campaigning?
-
You tell me. I personally did not take part in campaigning neither was I influenced by it my influence was the country I was born and grew up in over my 32 yrs I've seen the changes and I'm not happy
-
What the Leave campaign did was illegal. Don't you care that elections in this country can be won by illegal means? Wouldn't you be angry if a party that you did not vote for won an election by illegal means and was fined a few thousand quid and allowed to govern?

The question “Did Vote Leave’s lying & cheating affect the result?” is an irrelevant one, just like “Did Lance Armstrong’s illegal drug-taking affect the results?” The discovery of Armstrong’s offences automatically resulted in the voiding of his victories, & rightly so.
-
But if Vote Remain spent more, was backed by government and lied about impending recession etc, what then?
-
Well, that’s quite an ‘if’. Armstrong was found to have cheated, & his wins were duly voided. Leave has been found to have cheated, fined for breaking the law in fact, & the Electoral Commission has referred the case to the Met Police. No one is suggesting Remain broke any law.
-
What about government using resources of our supposedly impartial civil service and tax payer's money to campaign for Remain? Isn't that breaking electoral law?

Hey Chuka, You appear to have ommited the remain fine. https://amp.ft.com/content/2f91721d-9512-3c2a-9e0f-4453897183c8 … You also neglected that today’s news was simply down to a check box not being ticked and representations refused.
-
Not to mention taxpayer funded propaganda for Remain.

I don't know if I can possibly be more angry than I already am, but yes, it's preposterous!
