In this video I reviewed (and showed gameplay) of the upcoming Multiplayer Online Battles character Rebirth Walley West from the newest 2.13 Update of Injustice Gods Among Us. I showed his ability, moves (Specials), and his starting stats. This Flash does have a big smile though lol.
In my opinion, he is a really great character whom's special 2's animation is awesome! For those who don't know who Walley West, he is the first Kid Flash and the third Flash.

Found a player that solos the voices correctly (java SIDplay2), so all synchronization and ring modulation effects are visible. I also wrote a program to draw the wave forms instead of filming my oscilloscope! :)
On this one I had to patch the code in the SID file to get all 4 tracks, including the 4 bit sample playback.

Wally Patch
Wally Patch ( 26 September 1888 in Willesden, Middlesex – 27 October 1970 in Hillingdon, Middlesex) was an English comedian and film, television and stage actor.
He was born Walter Sydney Vinnicombe and began working on the music hall stages in 1912 and at regular theatres in 1938 at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. His first film appearance was in 1928, and went on to appear in 213 other films. He worked up to his death, with his last television appearance in the comedy Doctor in the House in 1970.

Wally West
The Flash (Wally West) is a fictional superhero that appears in American comic books published by DC Comics. He is the first Kid Flash and the third Flash. He made his first appearance as the Kid Flash in the Flash #110 in 1959. Wally took up the mantle of the Flash following the death of Barry Allen for twenty three years in DC's main lineup.
On May 6, 2011, IGN ranked Wally West #8 on their list of the "Top 100 Super Heroes of All Time", ahead of any other speedsters, stating that "Wally West is one of the DCU’s greatest heroes, even if he doesn’t rank as the original Scarlet Speedster". In 2013, Wally West placed 6th on IGN's Top 25 Heroes of DC Comics.
The character has appeared in many forms of media, including the Justice League cartoons. Wally West made his live-action debut in the second season of The Flash, where he is portrayed by Keiynan Lonsdale.
Fictional character biography
Kid Flash
Wally West was created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino and introduced in The Flash #110 (1959). The character was the nephew of the existing Flash character's girlfriend and later wife, Iris West. During a visit to the Central City police laboratory where Barry Allen worked, the freak accident that gave Allen his powers repeated itself, bathing West in electrically-charged chemicals. Now possessing the same powers as the Flash, West donned a smaller sized copy of Barry Allen's Flash outfit and became the young crimefighter Kid Flash. Wally had a strained relationship with his own parents and often looked to his beloved aunt and uncle for moral support and guidance.

The original cinema release ran for about 67 minutes. The film stars Edmund Qwenn, who plays a chemist, whose son Lawrence (played by Barry MacKay) is attacked on a train. He appears to have shot the man. His fiancee is played by Aileen Marson. Wally Patch plays a police sergeant. Note, this one is for hardcore SID listeners, It is 26 minutes long with no looping :) Found a player that solos the voices correctly (java SIDplay2), so all synchronization and ring modulation effects are visible. I also wrote a program to draw the wave forms instead of filming my oscilloscope! :) On this one I had to patch the code in the SID file to get all 4 tracks, including the 4 bit sample playback.

In this Injustice Gods Among Us Video, we summarize Patch 2.13 which got released Wednesday December 7th sometime in the evening when I was out seeing Moana.
This appears to be the patch of Rebirth's with three new challenges, Jessica Cruz Green Lantern(Early Access went live, I don't buy Early Access for cards that are coming out in less than a day), Raven, and Wally West The Flash.
Isn't it great that Injustice is having ALL reskin characters, and nobody new?
The biggest update to the game lies in the Break Through Mechanic, which requires a maxed out Level 50 Elite VII card, and you can then promote a single card once per objective, which refreshes every 24 hours, I assume that it rotates Bronze, Silver, Gold, one per day at 7pm EST.
You CANNOT level a card to 60 until Elite X.
And the gift of Airplane Mode on 100 Credit Booster Packs IF you need Injustice 2 Aquaman, Suicide Squad Harley Quinn, or Bounty Hunter Lobo(Why? This one sucks), and let me tell you, just like the other booster packs, you're going to have to Airplane this like 100 times to even have a chance of getting one of these Gold cards. Stop doing this crap, just like stop offering Booster Packs on MKX with a CHANCE of a card, we are just going to Airplane Mode it until we get what we want.
The Break Through mechanic is a 3 Battle matchup for the Bronze cards, and not that hard. Health does NOT carry over between matches, so think defensively. It also costs ALL of your energy, which makes no sense since there are 115 other cards you can use.
Cloak of Destiny is live again, and I plan on getting one on Android. Expect a livestream on Sunday for some farming. And expect the new Jessica Cruz challenge to be streamed around 5pm EST, followed by the Mortal Kombat X Challenge, on Thursday December 8th.
To make the video longer, we do a 5 battle matchup in Multiplayer at the end.

We do some gameplay with Wally West The Flash, both at low level, and thanks to Savagemansss, you get to see some gameplay at Level 60 Elite X early.
After doing some testing(Though you don't see it in this video), I think Rebirth Wally West is best suited for either pure basic damage, or Fourth World with Raven using 2 Piece Lexcorp and The Ibistick, and Jessica Cruz using Basic Damage with Ra's Al Ghul's Scimitar and Gauntlets of Azrael.
The reason Fourth World can be a viable set is because of the amount of hits the Special 2 causes, allowing you to keep Fourth World Block Spammers power drained, if not though this, Rebirth Raven.
Do you guys think Enchantress is potentially dirty with Wally West The Flash, if he's got Power Generation(LOA Knives and The Ibistick or his personal gear item)? Do you prefer basic damage, or Fourth World?

Found a player that solos the voices correctly (java SIDplay2), so all synchronization and ring modulation effects are visible. I also wrote a program to draw the wave forms instead of filming my oscilloscope! :)
On this one I had to patch the code in the SID file to get all 4 tracks, including the 4 bit sample playback.
